ORDER
The petitioner asserts that he is the assignee of the trade mark FREEDOM TV under purchase and assignment deed dated 10.11.2023. After applying to the Registrar of Trade Marks for mutation of records in form TM-P, the present writ petition has been filed for the expeditious disposal thereof.
2. Mr.C.Samivel, learned SPC, appears for the Registrar of Trade Marks.
He submits that the pending application would be considered and disposed of within four weeks.
3. The petitioner applied in form TM-P on 19.06.2024. Therefore, it is just and necessary that the application be disposed of at the earliest. By directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this writ petition stands disposed of.
