O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1^st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation seeking for rectification of the classification of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

2.According to the petitioner, based on his request, the 2^nd respondent, by his proceedings dated 30.09.2024, has held that erroneously the property subject matter of the Writ Petition was classified as “Arasu Poramboku Vandi Paadhai”. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the said property. According to the petitioner, till date, the proposal of the 2^nd respondent dated 30.09.2024 referred to supra has not been implemented by the 1^st respondent by passing a final order. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1^st respondent to pass final orders based on the proposal of the 2^nd respondent dated 30.09.2024.
