ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner for issuance of patta. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 4th respondent within a period of 8 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2024 and after hearing the petitioner, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8
