O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts to contact the petitioner, he has not been able to get contact and get instructions in the matter even though he had also sent a letter to the first petitioner in this regard.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this Court in a similar challenge in W.P.No.13671 of 2013, having regard to the passage of time, has closed the said writ petition as infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since, the petitioner did not provide instructions as to whether cause in the writ petition survives for consideration or not, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present writ petition pending, when the petitioner is not diligent in pursuing the matter.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
