ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1^st respondent to dispose of the First Appeal filed by the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has filed an appeal against the order dated 12.01.2023 made in Na.Ka.No.16043/E2/2021 passed by the 2^nd respondent. Since the same is not disposed of, he filed this writ petition.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner’s appeal will be disposed of by the 1^st respondent within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent 1 & 2 and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above submissions made, this Court directs the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner’s appeal in First Appeal No. Nil of 2023 against the order dated 12.01.2023 on its own merits and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
