Mandamus directs authorities to consider employee's representation for dues and experience certificate within stipulated time.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2026 and direct the respondents 4 and 5 to act upon in the light of the Gazette Notification issued by the first respondent in F.No. 1-103/AICTE/PGRC/Regulations/2021, dated 22.03.2021 and to address the grievance of the petitioner within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner was working in the college of respondents 4 and 5 for more than 10 years. Due to various reasons, the petitioner was forced to submit a resignation letter. The petitioner has now submitted a representation seeking settlement of dues and issuance of an experience certificate. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent dated 22.02.2026. The second respondent has not considered the same.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that, due to the non-consideration of the petitioner's request, the petitioner's future employment is being affected.

Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2026, within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
