PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner’s Representation dated 18.02.2026 to sanction and pay the professional fees for 233 cases appeared on behalf of the Government Tamil Nadu in District Munsif Court and Sub Court, Gudiyattam from 2010 to 2022 for a total sum of Rs.13,98,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs and Ninety eight Thousand only) as per the official Memorandum issued by the Learned District Munsif, Gudiyattam in Dis.No. 74/2026 dated 28.01.2026 certifying 233 cases within a stipulated time.
