ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioners’
representation dated 20.7.2022 and 20.2.2024, respectively.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had made a representation on 20.07.2022 and 20.02.2024, respectively, requesting the respondents to take appropriate action within a stipulated time frame and to refund the entire fixed deposit amount along with the interest accrued for the additional period of 11 months, totalling Rs.28,01,045/-. However, the said representations have not been considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submitted that the fixed deposit amount, along with accrued interest as on date, will be refunded to the petitioner within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to refund the fixed deposit amount along with accrued interest as on date to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
