ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court seeking return of the original title deeds which were pledged with the respondent Bank as security for repayment of a loan.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank has placed on record a communication issued by the Bank to the petitioner, calling upon him to collect the original documents.

3. The said communication is taken on record. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Bank to return the original title deeds to the petitioner within a period of one (1)

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank further submitted that the third respondent Branch has been temporarily closed and that the petitioner may collect the original documents from the Sivakasi Branch. The petitioner to approach the said branch for collection of the original documents.
