ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s application pursuant to the Notification No.2 of 2026 dated 03.01.2026 and consequently call the petitioner for interview and consider her candidature in accordance with law.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the entire recruitment process pursuant to the above said notification has already been concluded and one person by name, Mr.Santosh Kumar was appointed as Office Assistant through proceedings in Na.Ka.No.386/2026/m1 dated 27.02.2026. A copy of the same is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Obviously, the relief sought in the present writ petition cannot be granted and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the proceedings dated 27.02.2026. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
