ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to reject the appeal filed before the 2nd respondent and confirm the order passed by the 3rd respondent. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 12 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2ndrespondent to consider the representation of the petitioner
