Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the claim petition dated 20.06.2022 made by the petitioner, by appointing competent engineers/officials for assessing the value of the land comprised in S.No. 114/2A(New S.No. 114/2A2), House Building(Structure), Well, 3 Borewells & other amenities and land measuring an extent of 2450 sq.mtrs at Karukkanahalli Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, enhance and pay appropriate compensation to the petitioner by reconsidering the award dated 06.01.2022 by strictly following the procedure contemplated under section 26 to 30 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013(Central Act 30 of 2013), and refix the compensation as per the provision of the Central Act 30 of 2013 within the time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court and also following the procedures contemplated under section 18 to 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the claim petition dated 20.06.2022 made by the petitioner, by appointing competent engineers/officials for assessing the value of the land comprised in S.No. 114/2A(New S.No. 114/2A2), House Building(Structure), Well, 3 Borewells & other amenities and land measuring an extent of 2450 sq.mtrs at Karukkanahalli Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, enhance and pay appropriate compensation to the petitioner by reconsidering the award dated 06.01.2022 by strictly following the procedure contemplated under section 26 to 30 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013(Central Act 30 of 2013), and refix the compensation as per the provision of the Central Act 30 of 2013 within the time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court and also following the procedures contemplated under section 18 to 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act
1996.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the respondents failed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s claim petition dated 20.06.2022, the present writ petition is filed seeking for appropriate direction.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent passed an award dated 14.06.2025 based on the claim petition made by the petitioner on 20.06.2022. A copy of the said award has also been produced before this Court.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed as no further orders necessary. No costs.
