ORDER

This writ petition is filed to release the document which is already registered by the respondent in Document No.811 / 2026 dated 10.02.2026.

2.When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that only because the field inspection and the other formalities were pending, the same was withheld and now everything is complete and it is open for the petitioner to come and collect the document.

3.It is seen that the field inspection is also over and they have confirmed that the land in question is only agricultural land and therefore, it is submitted that the petitioners is free to come and collect the document on any working day. The same is recorded. Let the petitioners approach the respondent and collect the document. The parties can act on the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
