ORDER

This petition has been filed against the contemnor / respondent herein for his willful disobedience in failing to comply with the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 11298 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025.

2. It is brought to my notice that the petitioner’s representation has been rejected by Letter No.10852027/MIE/2025-9, dated 09.03.2026. A copy of the said proceeding has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said letter dated 09.03.2026 in the manner known to law.
