Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move an application under Order 6 Rule 16, pointing out to the trial Court that the present suit is an abuse of process of Court and hence the pleadings ought to be struck off.
