The Civil Revision Petitioner is the 1st defendant/judgment debtor. The 1st Respondent/plaintiff/decree holder presented a suit in O.S.No.303 of 2017, for recovery of a sum of Rs.2,60,000/- against him. The suit had been presented on the foot of the promissory note.

The suit came to be decreed by the learned Subordinate Judge at Theni on 15.06.2022. Despite the decree, the 1st defendant did not pay the plaintiff.
