ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that due to medical negligence of the Doctors, who have attended his wife, his new born son born died in two days and the uterus of the petitioner's wife has unnecessarily been removed, has filed this writ petition.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was ordered and a detailed enquiry was conducted. According to him, in the enquiry, it was found that it is not due to the medical negligence and it is only due to the medical complications.
3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
