Preface This Criminal Original Petition has been filed invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (corresponding to Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), seeking to quash the impugned show cause notice in M.C.No.A1/41/2026 dated 09.02.2026 issued by the first respondent under Section 107 Cr.P.C., (Corresponding to Section 126 of BNSS).
