Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the fair and decreetal orders passed in I.A.No 192 of 2021 in O.S.No. 158 of 2011 dated 29/10/2021 on the file of the Court of Additional District Munsif, Chidambaram, and allow the said I.A. by allowing this CRP.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal orders passed in I.A.No 192 of 2021 in O.S.No. 158 of 2011 dated 29.10.2021 on the file of the Court of Additional District Munsif, Chidambaram, 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit of which the revision arises, had already been disposed of by recording the settlement that had been arrived at between the parties. Hence, no further orders are required to be made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
