ORDER
The instant Civil Revision Petition had been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 08-08-2019 passed in I.A.No.437 of 2019 in O.S.No.177 of 2006 on the file of Principal Sub Judge, Pondicherry.
2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the Revision, the trial in the suit had been ended and the suit had been dismissed and the Counter claim filed by the petitioner herein had been allowed by the judgment and decree dated 25.03.2026.
3. In view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition stands closed as no further order is required to be adjudicated. No order as to costs.
