COMMON ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2026 and also challenging the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.A2/118/2026 dt.01.04.2026 seeking with a direction to the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting the temple festival of Arulmighu Shri Kappara Ayyanar (Chithirai Thiruvizha) along with Sri Valli Thirumanam Nadagam scheduled to be held on 19.04.2026 at Kapparapatti Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District, by imposing reasonable conditions.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in WP(MD)No.2062 of 2026 submitted that there are several communities in Kapparapatti, where a temple, namely Sri Kapara Ayyanar Kovil, is situated, and the temple festival is conducted by collecting contributions from the village
