Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in this writ petition has now become infructuous as the petitioner has already been reinstated into service with backwages and hence, he prays to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
