ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 07.02.2022 and the reminder representation dated 22.07.2022 and take the appropriate action against the fraud committed by the 3rd, and 5th to 7th respondents.
2. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 07.02.2022 was already disposed of by the 2nd respondent as early as on 04.02.2023. Hence, he would submit that nothing survives in this petition and that may be the reason for non-appearance of petitioner. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition.
4. In view of the above, by recording the submission made by the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. No cost.
