The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2026, so as to ensure the removal of encroachments made by the private respondents 5 to 15 on the Cart Track Pathway from Othaiyur to Malvarpatti.
2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents 1, 2, and 4, and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, accepts notice for the third respondent. Considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner, notice to the respondents 5 to 15 is dispensed with.
4.It is the contention of the petitioner that the respondents 5 to 15 have encroached upon the pathway and have also fenced the cart track pathway. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.01.2026 before the concerned author
