ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2025 seeking compassionate appointment based on the proceedings of 1st respondent dated 10.01.2026, within a stipulated period, that may be fixed by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that on 07.02.2021, the petitioner’s father died while in service as a Senior Mazdoor in the 2nd respondent Department. Immediately thereafter, the petitioner’s mother submitted applications dated 01.03.2021 and 13.09.2021 seeking compassionate appointment in favour of the petitioner. Subsequently, the 1st respondent forwarded the said applications to the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 11.10.2021. However, no action was taken on the same. Hence, the petitioner submitted a further representation dated 14.10.2025 along with all relevant certificates, seeking compassionate appointment.
