ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the 1st respondent has rejected the request of the petitioner vide order dated 29.03.2026.

2.Considering the above submission, this Court is of the view that since the petitioner’s representation was considered and rejected by the 1st respondent, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order of the 1st respondent dated 29.03.2026, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed.
