ORDER
Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that in the present case, the documents are yet to be furnished by the petitioner. The petitioner is not approaching the official respondent. He would further submit that the respondent suspect that there might be some fabrication in the gift deed since the subject property involved in the issue of fabrication and many cases are pending in this regard.
2.Considering the above submissions, this Court is of the view that since the subject property is involved in the issues of fabrication of records, certainly the said aspect has to be verified before registering the same in terms of Section 22-B of the Registration Act. Thus, if the document is presented by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with law.
3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
