2. Heard M/s.Ulagammal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Since the appeal is said to be pending, the writ petition is ordered on the following terms:-

i. The appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.no.Va.Ni. 5(4)/17486/2024 shall be disposed of by the 1strespondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.

ii. No costs.
