ORDER

This writ petition is filed directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 21.04.2025 as well as the amendment petition dated 13.11.2025 pending before the first respondent.

2.Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.

4.The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 21.04.2025 as well as the amendment petition dated 13.11.2025 are pending before the first respondent without any consideration.

5.Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose the appeal and the amendment petition filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
