ORDER
The prayer of the petitioner is to grant him permission to install the statue of former Honorable Chief Minister K.Kamarajar in Survey No. 51/4C1A, Kamarajar Nagar, Peyanpatti Village, Koviloor Group, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, which is a Patta land belonging to the petitioner.
2.In view thereof, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on the other respondents would submit that the application will be considered and processed in accordance with the instructions contained in G.O.Ms.No.629 of 2025 dated
16.09.2025.
3.In view thereof, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms. The petitioner's application dated 29.12.2025 shall be taken by the Division level Sub-Committee in accordance with the procedure and rules and the application be processed and final orders be passed in accordance with law. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. No costs.
