Order

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the Respondents to consider

petitioner’s representations for issuance of No Objection Certificate for his land.

2. The case of the petitioner is that one Narayanasamy had formed a

residential layout in the name and style of ‘’Sri Raghavendra Garden’’. The petitioner lawfully purchased Plot NO.2, admeasuring an extent of 2000 sq.ft., situated in Sri Raghavendra Garden, Hosur. The lands in the aforesaid layouts were once notified for acquisition by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. However, the acquisition proceedings were subsequently withdrawn. Suddenly certain third parties unlawfully alienate portions of the land and formed a layout and also sold the plots to several persons. Due to which, there were series of litigations between the parties, which all reached finality in favour of the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has an absolute right over the property. Hence, he sent representations to the respondents 2 and 3 on 07.01.2026 and 12.01.2026 respectively, seeking issuance of No Objection Certificate in respect of the subject property. However, the same has not been considered till date.

Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it

would suffice, if the respondents are directed to dispose of the representations of
