ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 17.08.2018 in Na.Ka.Aa3/5137/2017, by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 25.01.2026 submitted before the first respondent, to include Survey No. 54/20 in Patta No. 3200 in the online records and also in the online ‘A’ Register, which was omitted to be included in the online records, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, in the manual records, the petitioner’s name is entered against Survey No. 54/20 and patta was also issued in Patta No. 3200.

However, in the online records, the petitioner’s name is not reflected.

3. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the second respondent's order dated 17.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
