ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of
Mandamus, directing the second respondent to change the patta in the name of the petitioner which was unlawfully changed in the name of the erst while owner in
Survey No.138/3A2.

The said entry was wrongfully made by the respondents.
3. When a UDR mistake is committed, the DRO has to consider the same

order was not implemented. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 4. The second respondent / Tahsildar is directed to consider the petitioner's
representation in the light of the order of dated 03.02.2017 and pass appropriate
