The orders of this Court has been complied with on 16.03.2026.
The respondent has passed the following order:
“It was decided by the syndicate to release provisional pension to you. Accordingly, the same has been credited to your account.
The re-employment salary has also been credited to your account.
In so far as the other retirement benefits are concerned the same will be released after the culmination of the pending DVAC proceedings against you and based on its outcome.
This order is passed in compliance of the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras in WP.No.30806 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025.”
2. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he shall challenge the said order. The respondent is present and his presence is dispensed with.
