ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.)

Heard both sides.

2.The third respondent herein lodged complaint before the State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu against the writ petitioner herein and two others. The complaint was disposed of by the Commission vide order dated 30.04.2015. A sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) was ordered to be paid to the complainant by the State. The said amount was recovered from the writ petitioner's salary. Challenging the said order, this writ petition has been filed.

3.During the pendency of the writ petition, the amount has already paid to the third respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue the matter.

4.This Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
