This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in M.P.No.463 of 2019 dated 31.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court has already passed an order in W.P.(MD)No.14095 of 2025, dated 07.10.2025, quashing the order passed by the Commissioner and thereby, confirming the order passed by the Joint Commissioner and has also directed the petitioner to file a review petition under Section 69(2) of the Tamil Nadu HR & CE Act, 1951. Therefore, the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to file a review under Section 69(2) of the Tamil Nadu HR & CE Act, 1951 as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent, which is impugned in this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, though initially raising objections, subsequently submitted that in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.14095 of 2025, the petitioner may be directed to file a review against the impugned order.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to file a review petition under Section 69(2) of the HR & CE Act, 1951, in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.
