ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner’s service as Scavenger from the date of her initial appointment and to grant all service and monetary benefits with interest to her.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to the proceedings of the third respondent submits that the petitioner’s representation for regularization has been rejected on the ground that the post is only a part-time Scavenger.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent to the petitioner, enabling her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
