O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner’s Revision Petition dated 29.12.2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. Aggrieved by the order dated 04.12.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner had filed the aforesaid Revision Petition dated 29.12.2025 before the 2nd respondent.
2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s Revision Petition dated 29.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 5th respondent and by adhering the Principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s Revision Petition dated 29.12.2025. Since no adverse orders are passed as against the 5th responden
