[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to remove encroachment of Arch being made by the respondents 5 to 9 on public road belong to Thalavaipatti village Panchayat in Aishwaryam Garden, Thalavaipatty, Salem District and keep the road for public use forever based on petitioner’s representation dated 17.08.2022.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, based on the written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Salem West would submit that, during the course of survey, the authorities have not identified any encroachment as stated by the petitioner in the present writ petition.

Thus, the present writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
