1. review seeks to set aside frivolous petition costs. (Para 1)

This review petition has been filed with a prayer to review the order dated 22.01.2026, whereby costs of Rs.1,00,000/- has been imposed on the petitioner for filing frivolous petition.

2. Though there is no merit in the review petition, considering the fact that the petitioner is an advocate clerk and he expresses difficulty in paying such a huge amount, we are of the considered opinion that the costs imposed on the petitioner be reduced to Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) from Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only).

4. With the above direction, this review application is disposed of.
