Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to consider petitioner's representations dated 07.01.2025 and 25.02.2025, and to take appropriate action to remove the encroachment made by the 7^th respondent in the public pathway in Natham Survey No.1307/18, Pillayar Kovil Street, Vannikonandal Village, Manoor Taluk, Tirunelveli District, to take action against the 7^th Respondent for damaging the paver block road laid under the ''Anna Marumalarchi Thittam'' scheme; and to take action against the unauthorized construction made without approval and in violation of building norms.
