ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the First Information Report in Crime Number 263 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent to some other independent or specialized agency like CBI or CBCID of Karur District

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.

4. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
