ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to the second respondent police in connection with the case in Crime No.209 of 2018 pending on the file of the third respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.

4. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
