ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation by appointing any other investigation officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police to investigate further the case in Cr.No.22/2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the matter has been investigated and final report has been filed as 'Action Dropped' and RCS notice also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to take action inaccordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of closure report.
