O R D E R
The petitioner/defacto complainant in CC No.391of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Madurai has filed this petition, seeking a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial in the above case, within a stipulated time.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by referring to the earlier order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No. 16383 of 2018, dated 26.11.2024 submits that this Court has already issued a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. However, the trial in the above said case has not been concluded so far. Hence, he seeks a suitable direction.
