ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.18729 of 2025, dated 10.07.2025.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 18.03.2026, issued by this Court, the contemnor/3^rd respondent is appeared in person before this Court.

3. Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the contemnor/3^rd respondent has complied with his obligation under order dated 10.07.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 18729 of 2025, by duly submitting the proposals for ratification by the Government through proceedings in Na.Ka.No.041478/m4/,1/2022, dated 15.04.2026.

3. In the light of the above, this Court is convinced that the contemnor/3rd respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court, though belatedly.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. This Court expects that the Government will take appropriate action on the proposal dated 15.04.2026 submitted by the contemnor/3rd respondent and pass orders expeditiously.
