This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS , to set aside the order dated 02.04.2026 made in Crl.MP.No.379 of 2026 in Crl.MP.No.212 of 2026 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Karur, and consequently extend the time for surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and pass such further or other orders as this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
