ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Rent Court cum District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam, to conduct the RLTOP.No.5 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible and dispose the same within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The revision petitioner, who is the landlord, filed RLTOP No.5 of 2024 for eviction proceedings against the respondent. But so far the respondent / tenant has not filed any counter and also not paying rent, though he being an advocate. According to the revision petitioner, as on date Rs.2,00,000/- is due from the respondent, with arrears.

3. In the light of the above, the trial court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the
