ORDER

Challenging the impugned order passed in H.M.O.P.No.3933 of 2023 by the learned V Additional Family Court, Chennai, the Revision Petitioner/1st respondent had preferred this Civil Revision Petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for revision petitioner would submit that already the matter was settled between the revision petitioner and her husband/1strespondent. But, the trial court is not inclined to permit them to withdraw the divorce petition filed in O.P.No.3933 of 2023.

3.Since the matter was settled between the parties, they are entitled to withdraw the divorce petition. Therefore, liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to approach the trial and file a memo to withdraw the same by giving notice to the 1st respondent husband. Both parties are directed to approach the trial court and file a memo in order to withdraw the divorce petition. If any such memo is filed by both parties appearing in person along with their counsel, the trial court is directed to permit them to withdraw the divorce petition filed in O.P.No.3933 of 2023 without making unnecessary adjournments. With that liberty, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
