ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the order passed by the Tribunal dated 28.11.2023.
2. In the order passed by the second respondent/Tribunal, the petitioner's son namely, S.Ramesh was directed not to disturb the possession of the subject property. The said order has been upheld by the first respondent as well by this Court. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the order by taking action against the petitioner's another son namely, Thirumoolam.
3. The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents 1 and 2 have not acted upon the said representation to implement the order passed by the second respondent.
4. Learned State counsel on receiving instructions submitted that appropriate action will be taken against the said Thirumoolam in terms of the order passed by the first respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.The said submission is taken on record.
